Job description
Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Senior Director for SPARC Plant Operations in Massachusetts. The selected individual will lead the team ensuring the safe and reliable operations of the SPARC facility. This role demands significant experience in managing operations of large process facilities, where you'll oversee operational programs, maintenance strategies, and team dynamics.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 15+ years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include developing plant operations manuals, managing maintenance schedules, and championing a culture of continuous improvement.
