Job description
Arlington Public Schools (APS) seeks a senior leader to direct talent acquisition and management across instructional and support staff. You will design and refine employment programs, collaborate with senior leadership, and oversee employer branding, sourcing, and retention initiatives.
You will supervise a team, guide change in HR practices, and ensure compliance with federal/state/local requirements while driving continuous improvement in talent management at APS.
