Job description
Rocketship Public Schools is seeking a Chief Talent Officer to lead network talent strategy across Organizational Effectiveness, Employee Relations and Compliance, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards, and Systems.
Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Network Executive Team, the CTO will oversee talent systems, data analytics, and scalable processes across four regions, with significant travel.
