Job description
Baker Tilly seeks a Managing Director for the Tax Professional Practice Group in Seattle to lead tax quality initiatives, QC programs, and strategic improvements across the tax practice. You will guide process enhancements and oversee executive reporting to promote best practices in tax delivery.
You will drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions, partner with Market Tax Leaders, and ensure alignment with the firm’s quality framework. Experience in large public accounting environments is essential.
