Job description
PDS Health in the United States seeks a Chief Tax Officer to lead tax planning, compliance, and advisory for the family office and related entities. You will manage external advisors, shape tax strategies, and ensure cross-border filings with strict confidentiality.
The role requires deep knowledge of trusts, foundations, partnerships, and real estate, plus superb communication with the founder and senior executives. Travel is anticipated less than 50%. CPA or JD preferred.
