Job description
Harvesters seeks a Chief Technology and Innovation Officer (CTIO) to lead our technology strategy and execution as a member of the executive team. You will shape how we modernize systems, secure data, and enable growth to better serve our community.
You will oversee the ITS department, drive enterprise-wide initiatives, and collaborate with leaders across the organization to translate mission needs into scalable tech solutions while managing budgets and vendor partnerships.
