Job description
Our client is a fast-growing our client brokerage firm specializing in securing the best our client and recycling solutions for our clients. We’re seeking a hands‑on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision, evaluate and implement new systems, and be directly involved in building and optimizing the tools that power our business. This is not a “sit in meetings all day” role — you’ll balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, managing projects from the ground up, pushing them to the finish line, and serving as the go‑to problem solver when anything isn’t working.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the company’s overall technology strategy and roadmap.
Identify, research, and recommend new software solutions and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
Oversee all technology initiatives, from concept to implementation, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
Direct and participate in hands‑on system development, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Manage and grow the technology team over time, including internal staff and external vendors.
Serve as the lead project driver for all ERP, CRM, and system integrations.
Own and manage Salesforce and NetSuite implementations from the ground up, ensuring full optimization for business needs.
Launch and oversee comprehensive cybersecurity initiatives, including risk assessments, security policy creation, and compliance measures.
Understand the business end‑to‑end to ensure all systems and processes align with operational goals.
Act as the final decision‑maker and problem‑solver for any tech‑related issues.
