Job description
The Barton Partnership seeks a results-driven transformation leader to serve as the CEO's right-hand person, driving strategy, transformation, and cost optimization with growth initiatives across the organization.
The role requires translating high-level ideas into concrete, trackable plans, leading cross-functional teams, and presenting the transformation agenda to senior leadership and the board. Strong Mandarin/English skills are preferred.
