Job description
Vidiots Foundation is seeking a Director of Operations in Los Angeles to lead daily venue operations, including guest services, FOH, and box office. You will manage staff, optimize scheduling, and collaborate with executives to meet budgetary goals and ensure a safe, high-quality guest experience.
The role requires six+ years in operations with senior leadership experience, strong people leadership, and deep knowledge of regulatory compliance in a theater/arts setting.
