Job description
The Animal Rescue League of Berks County seeks a Chief Medical Officer to lead all veterinary activities for shelter animals and community patients. You will oversee and mentor the veterinary team, shape medical programs, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care across services including high-volume spay/neuter, wellness, and preventive care.
Advancing medical programs, collaborating with organizational leadership, and maintaining best practices are essential.
