Job description
Alterra Mountain Company in California is seeking a Senior Leader to join the Senior Leadership Team overseeing Lodging, Retail, Rental, and Commercial Services. You will drive strategic planning, project implementation, and guest and employee experience, while guiding budgets and development. Applicants must be at least 21 and ready to lead cross-functional teams.
Base salary range: $148,296 - $207,615 per year. In addition, incentives and region-specific benefits are offered.
