Job description
Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Vice President of Resident Care to lead quality resident services and regulatory compliance across communities. The role partners with field clinical teams, drives patient safety and satisfaction, and ensures alignment with Benchmark policies and state regulations.
Extensive travel including day trips and overnights is required to support multi-state operations. You will develop care platforms, staffing models, and collaborations with Legal/Risk and vendors
