Job description
Compass Senior Living seeks a Vice President of Wellness to provide executive leadership for our clinical and wellness strategy across all communities. You will guide regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and resident care at a multi-site level.
You will partner with senior leaders to establish standards, drive innovation, and mentor regional Wellness Directors while fostering a culture of compassionate, patient-centered care.
