Shift Details:
Estimated Start Date: September
Schedule Details: 8a-5p on site and then night call until 8a
Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 2 weekends/month and the following Monday/Tuesday OR full-time weekday coverage in addition to the weekends
Certifications Needed: TBD
Patient Population/Case Load: 6-12 PPD
Licensing & Privileging:
License: CA License required
Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60-90 Days
