Job description
Blackbird Health in Mount Laurel, NJ, invites applicants to its Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Residency Program designed to nurture the next generation of child/adolescent mental health professionals.
The program begins January 25, 2027, spans 9–12 months, with transition support into the Blackbird Clinical Services team for a further two years. Residency offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and guaranteed salary within a collaborative setting.
