Join a Comprehensive Behavioral Health Program
A behavioral health hospital in Lafayette, Louisiana is seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join its psychiatric team.
This opportunity focuses on providing inpatient psychiatric care to children and adolescents within a 14-bed hospital setting .
Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat children and adolescents with psychiatric disorders
Provide inpatient psychiatric care
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with therapists, nurses, psychologists, social workers, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team
Participate in treatment planning and family education
Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
