Job description
Jackson Physician Search is partnering with a western Montana community hospital to recruit a BE/BC Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist for an outpatient‑focused, full‑time role. The team includes 6 physicians and 24 licensed therapists, with access to an inpatient unit for integrative care.
The position offers a base salary of $352,000 with potential wRVU bonus, aiming for $427,000 in year 1, plus 30 days PTO, CME, malpractice coverage and full benefits. 1.0 FTE or 0.8 FTE options are considered.
