Position Overview
We are actively hiring Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists in Washington. The role involves patient care, medication management, and therapy for children and adolescents.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to children and adolescents.
Manage medication and conduct therapy sessions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence‑based care.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications
Fully licensed to practice psychiatry in Washington.
Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
Unencumbered DEA license.
Requires residency within Washington.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential, range $366,000–$470,000.
Sign‑on bonus and cash‑based incentive program.
W‑2 employed position with 401(k) and 4% match.
