LifeStance Health is seeking Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists licensed in Washington to join our clinical team. The role involves medication management and therapy, with flexible part‑time or full‑time options.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential and a range of $363,000–$467,000 based on productivity.
W2 employed position.
Sign‑on bonus.
Cash‑based incentive program.

Qualifications
Fully licensed in Washington.
Board certified, unencumbered DEA.
Board certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
Experience in medication management and therapy.
Must reside in Washington.
Location & Schedule
New office recently opened in Federal Way; locations throughout the area.
Beautifully designed offices.
Monday–Friday schedule; weekends optional.
Flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance.
In‑person and hybrid flexibility.
