Job description
North Spring Behavioral Healthcare in Leesburg, VA is seeking a full-time Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our Residential Treatment program. You will provide direct care to youths aged 9–17 with diverse psychiatric needs and collaborate with physicians, PMHNPs, nurses, therapists and education staff in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
The position offers negotiable compensation of $350,000–$375,000, with no weekend rounding, and a focus on work-life balance.
