nJob Summary We are seeking a professional and caring Child and Adolescent and adult psychiatrist (MD, DO) and a therapist ( Psy.D, PH.D., LCSW ) to join our team! This is an opportunity to join an established multi-service outpatient clinic in McLean Virginia. In this role, you will conduct psychological evaluations, diagnose and treat psychological disorders, and assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors through the use of psychotherapeutic methods. The role can be hybrid of in person and online appointments. Child therapy experience and orientation is an additional advantage.

nResponsibilities
nIdentify psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns and provide diagnoses
nCreate individualized treatment plans for each client
nMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan, including all medication information
nConsult with primary care physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care is provided
nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest professional developments and research
nQualifications
nMd, DO, Ph.D., Psy.D. LCSW with clinical experience of treating patients are welcome to apply
nDeep knowledge of various psychotherapeutic methods
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nAbility to explain complex medical psychological concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
nExcellent observational and assessment skills
