Job description
Pave Talent and our client, an established child and family group practice in Northern Virginia, seek licensed Virginia clinicians (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to join a team-based, in-person practice with some telehealth. You’ll provide child, teen, and family therapy with weekly case consultation and in-house didactics, while enjoying a supportive culture and a competitive fee-for-service with a quarterly bonus.
W2 employment includes malpractice, license fees, and retirement match.
