Job description
AOIA, in Kalamazoo, MI, offers an outpatient, community-based psychiatry role with an integrated care team and a focus on Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. The position supports a 5-day workweek with optional 2–3 days of telework, and minimal after-hours call.
The team includes psychiatrists, APPs, RNs, social workers, community health workers, and on-site pharmacy. PSLF eligibility and visa sponsorship are available, with generous PTO and a comprehensive benefits package.
