Your duties would include:Initiating and responding to requestsAnalyzing and completing financial activitiesCoordinating with internal and external partnersResearching and resolving case issuesGathering information and analyzing case data to determine next stepsAssisting customersInteracting with financial services providers, other states, employers, and other business partnersMaking decisions based on case information and provided documentationMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II. Did not accept a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers).SPECIAL NOTES:This role is eligible for telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency. Standard workday of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.SALARY: $38,760.36 - $45,004.08 / annuallyBENEFITS: Benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance, life insurance, tuition waivers, paid sick and personal leave, 10 paid holidays annually, retirement savings, and vision and dental insurance.
