Job description
Are you a passionate, empathetic therapist eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families? Tender Hearts Counseling, a leading provider of child, teen, and family mental health services, is seeking an exceptional Child Therapist to join our growing team in North Bethesda.
This opportunity is available for part-time or full-time clinicians who are excited to work with children and their families ages 3 and up in a supportive, collaborative environment. This is a W2 position in-person in North Bethesda, Maryland.

Your Role
Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children and teens
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
Partner with families to support comprehensive, whole-child care
What We’re Looking for
Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required
Licensed in Maryland or eligible for licensure is required
Experience or strong interest in working with children in a clinical setting
Experience and interest in supporting parents and family
Highly organized, self-aware, and dependable professional with strong time-management skills.
Consistently punctual for appointments and effective at managing schedules, responsibilities, and daily tasks.Knowledge of evidence-based interventions
