Job description
Community Partnership for Children in Palatka, FL is seeking a Child Welfare Case Manager Trainee to identify and assess child and family needs, coordinate services, and provide in-home support. You will document case activities, prepare court reports, testify when required, and coordinate with other professionals and foster placements to ensure safety and proper planning.
This full-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and requires strong assessment, communication, and caseload management
