Job description
Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking a Childcare Director to ensure health, safety and quality of early education across the center.
You will lead curriculum development, staff supervision, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, guiding operations in alignment with state requirements and The Salvation Army standards. You will collaborate with corps officers, maintain enrollment, coordinate family programs, manage payroll and purchasing, and report program statistics monthly.
