Job description
KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for our Rieke learning center. In this role, you will lead daily operations, ensure high-quality early childhood education, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment. You will supervise and mentor staff, partner with families, manage enrollment and budgets, and ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards. The Site Director collaborates with KinderCare leadership to implement curricula, support staff development, and foster an inclusive, engaging culture that promotes each child’s growth and supports team members’ professional development.
