Job description
Sourcewell seeks a Childcare Director to oversee daily care, safety, supervision, and well‑being of children from 16 months through 12 years. You will lead childcare staff, work closely with families, and ensure a safe, nurturing, organized environment aligned with school policies.
The role requires leadership, scheduling, licensing compliance, and accurate recordkeeping. You will collaborate with the Superintendent and staff, contribute to a warm, organized school community.
