Job Requirements
Overview of responsibilities: To lead Grace Pointe Childcare Development Ministries in providing an age-appropriate, holistic Christian development ministry for children eight weeks to PreK.
Summary of Duties: To lead the Childcare Ministry of Grace Pointe Church of the Nazarene by:
Ensuring a safe, caring, and Christian educational environment for young children.
Developing a curriculum and program in cooperation with the GDCDM Board & GP pastoral staff.
Encourage, manage, and coach teachers and staff.
Recruit and hire new staff.
Managing facility use and ensuring a safe environment.
Creating and maintaining an operational budget.
Marketing the Ministry.
Communicating clearly with parents and staff.
Overseeing Food Services.
Ensuring compliance with appropriate state rules and regulations concerning the Childcare Ministry.
