Explorers Learning Academy in Portland, OR seeks a Childcare Director to lead operations, ensure licensing compliance, and drive quality and enrollment.
You'll oversee 11 staff, create a luxurious, inclusive environment, manage SPARK and licensing, and align curriculum fidelity with HighScope and other programs while maintaining 49-child capacity.
This salaried, full-time role offers base salary of $52,000 with performance-based bonus up to $33,000 and total compensation up to $85,000 annually.
