Job description
KinderCare is seeking a Site Director to lead our program at Lindley Elementary. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure a safe, nurturing environment, and uphold high standards of early childhood education. You will coach and schedule staff, support curriculum implementation, manage enrollment and budgets, and maintain licensing compliance. The Site Director partners closely with families, school leaders, and KinderCare leadership to create an inclusive, engaging learning community and drive continuous improvement in program quality and outcomes.
