Job description
The Campus is seeking a motivated Childcare Director to oversee our afterschool program during the school year and our 11 week summer camp program. This is a full-time, year-round leadership role based in Pennsylvania.
You will lead and manage all aspects of afterschool, day off, and summer camp programs, hire and supervise staff, ensure a safe and engaging environment for children, and communicate with families. Licensing compliance and exceptional customer service are key.
