Job description
YMCA of Greater Cleveland is seeking a Site Director for Warrensville YMCA to manage one or two childcare sites, oversee Before & After School Enrichment and/or Early Learning programs, and ensure licensure compliance. This role involves hands-on childcare up to 50% of the time and leading a team of teachers.
You will design engaging learning experiences, maintain records, and collaborate with families and community partners to promote positive child development and program quality.
