Job description
Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead at a Florida child care center who will guide daily classroom activities, lead curriculum implementation, and foster a safe, engaging environment where children learn through play.
You will mentor new staff, communicate with families to support each child's growth, and assume Director or Assistant Director duties in their absence, while ensuring compliance with licensing and company standards.
