Job description
Bethlehem First United Methodist Church seeks a full-time Director of Children's Ministry to oversee ministry for children from infant through 5th grade. The role requires fostering a growing faith in Christ, a solid understanding of Methodism, and a passion to partner with parents in their children’s spiritual development.
The position also emphasizes relational and managerial skills and involves training and empowering volunteers to serve within a welcoming church community.
