We’re looking for a Senior-level Startup & Commissioning Technician responsible for leading complex startups and commissioning efforts, troubleshooting critical issues, and supporting training and process improvement

What you’ll be doing:
Owning start-up & commissioning of advanced systems
Delivering top-tier service & maintenance to clients
Diagnosing faults across mechanical & electrical systems
Keeping operations running smoothly with proactive support
What you need:
7+ years of heavy tonnage HVAC experience
Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical & mechanical)
Knowledge of refrigeration & hydronic systems
A proactive, can-do attitude and confidence working independently
