Job description
Get Paid to Work With Your Hands, Learn a Trade, and Build a Real Career
Starting at $22/hr. No experience required — full training provided.
We’re a well-established chimney service company helping homeowners stay warm, safe, and running smoothly year-round. We’re hiring people who are reliable, mechanically curious, and ready to learn a skilled trade that can turn into a long-term career. If you’d rather be working with tools than sitting behind a desk, you’ll probably feel right at home here.
What you’ll get
Pay – Starting at $22/hour, with increases tied to experience and certifications as you grow in the role
Health coverage – Medical plan 100% covered for you, family plans available
Time off – 40 hours PTO plus 40 hours sick time, paid holidays
Retirement – SIMPLE IRA with a 3% company match
Certifications – We pay for the certifications you need to grow in the trade
Stability – full-time, year-round work you can count on
Growth – a real path to build a trade and move up
We invest heavily in training, so you don’t need experience coming in. If you show up, stay coachable, and put in effort, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.
What this job actually feels like
You’ll be out in the field, not stuck inside. You’ll be inspecting, cleaning, and repairing chimneys, fireplaces, and stove systems. You’ll work on roofs, use tools daily, and learn hands‑on skills from experienced technicians who will train you step by step.
Some days are physical. Some days are technical. Most days are both. But you’ll always be doing work that matters and learning something new.
What kind of person does well here
Likes working with your hands and staying active
Doesn’t mind ladders, heights, or working outdoors
Reliable and shows up ready to work
Curious and willing to learn new skills
Takes pride in doing work the right way, not the fast way
A good attitude matters just as much as experience here.
Why people stay
Most people don’t just take this job—they build a career here. You’ll be part of a team that works hard, helps each other out, and doesn’t take itself too seriously while still doing high-quality work. We also happen to work with a lot of gear, trucks, tools, and hands‑on problem solving — if you’re into motorcycles, ATVs, trucks, or anything mechanical, you’ll probably enjoy the environment.
