nSynapseTBI provides specialized diagnostic and treatment services for patients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI), and Post-Concussion Syndrome. Our multidisciplinary team delivers advanced neurological care, innovative therapies, and coordinated treatment plans designed to support patients throughout their recovery journey.
nPosition Overview:
nWe are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Chiropractor to join our team in Houston, Texas. This position will play a key role in evaluating and treating patients with traumatic brain injuries, concussion-related symptoms, vestibular dysfunction, balance impairments, and musculoskeletal conditions. The ideal candidate is passionate about neurological rehabilitation, committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and thrives in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
nKey Responsibilities:
nPerform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
nDeliver hands-on therapy and rehabilitation services
nTreat patients experiencing TBI, concussion, vestibular dysfunction, balance impairments, and musculoskeletal conditions
nDevelop and implement customized exercise and rehabilitation programs
nCollaborate with neurologists, nurse practitioners, speech therapists, and other clinical staff to coordinate patient care
nDocument patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely
nEducate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and recovery expectations
nMonitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
nMaintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
nQualifications:
nActive Texas Chiropractor license or ability to obtain
nStrong clinical assessment and treatment skills
nExperience with neurological rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, concussion management, or balance rehabilitation is preferred but not required
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
nAbility to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
nStrong organizational and documentation skills
nExperience with EMR systems preferred
