Job description
Align Chiropractic is a multi-doctor family wellness practice in West Chester, Ohio. We exist to educate and adjust as many families as possible, helping them reach their optimal health potential through specific, principled chiropractic care.
We are looking for an Associate Doctor who wants more than a schedule of adjustments. This seat runs the clinical side of the new patient process, drives patients through the First Four and into lifetime wellness care, and grows into a leadership role on a team that trains every single week.

What You'll Own
Your primary objectives in this seat:
1. Deliver the New Patient Experience. Own Day 1 (consultation, chiropractic exam, scans, and X-rays) and Day 2 (Report of Findings, Recommendations for Care, and first adjustment) using Align's scripted, proven process.
2. Protect the First Four. Run Progress Exams, Progress Reports, and Core Consultations on schedule so every patient understands their results and stays committed to care.
3. Lead Re-Exams and Re-Commitments. Deliver R4 and R5 re-exams and reports with new recommendations, moving patients from Initial Intensive Care into Corrective Care and lifetime Wellness.
4. Adjust with precision and presence. Serve patients on the adjusting floor with specific, principled care while honoring the schedule and the doctor's rhythm.
5. Educate and promote chiropractic. Lead workshops, dinner talks, screenings, and lunch and learns that bring new families into the practice.
6. Partner with the team. Coordinate with the Tech CA on scans, X-rays, and Progress Exams, and with the Check-In and Check-Out CAs on flow, care plans, and patient follow-through.
7. Train every week. Participate in Align's weekly team trainings on the 26-week curriculum and role-play until scripts are second nature.
How You'll Be Measured
Every seat at Align runs on a scorecard with five clear KPIs, reviewed in weekly meet-ups. Yours will include:
New Patient Conversion: Day 2 Report of Findings to care plan commitment
Stick Rate: new patients who return for their Report of Findings
Progress Exam and Re-Exam completion: every scheduled exam done on time
R4 and R5 Re-Commitments: patients who re-sign into their next phase of care
Patient Visits and Collections: your share of the practice's growth

Requirements
Doctor of Chiropractic degree from a CCE-accredited program
Active Ohio chiropractic license, or eligibility to obtain one before your start date
Full-time availability across clinic hours, including early mornings and evenings
In-person, on the adjusting floor; this is not a remote role
New graduates and final-trimester students are encouraged to apply
