About Us:
nSynapseTBI provides specialized diagnostic and treatment services for patients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI), and Post-Concussion Syndrome. Our multidisciplinary team delivers advanced neurological care, innovative therapies, and coordinated treatment plans designed to support patients throughout their recovery journey.
nPosition Overview:
nWe are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) or Chiropractor (DC) to join our team in Missouri, traveling primarily throughout Kansas City. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to individualized treatment plans.
nKey Responsibilities:
nPerform patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans
nDeliver hands-on therapy and rehabilitation services
nWork with patients experiencing TBI, vestibular issues, and musculoskeletal conditions
nCollaborate with neurologists, nurse practitioners, and therapy staff
nDocument patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
nEducate patients on treatment plans and at-home exercises
nQualifications:
nActive Missouri license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Chiropractor (DC)
nStrong clinical and diagnostic skills
nExperience with neurological or vestibular rehab is a plus (not required)
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
nAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
