Homeside Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Chiropractors (DCs) to provide individualized, evidence-based chiropractic care to patients in the comfort of their homes throughout Long Island, New York .

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
Provide evidence-based chiropractic care, including spinal manipulation, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
Assess musculoskeletal conditions, posture, joint mobility, range of motion, and functional limitations.
Develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility, decrease pain, and enhance overall function.
Complete accurate, timely, and compliant electronic documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and caregivers on posture, body mechanics, stretching, strengthening, and injury prevention.
Communicate effectively with office staff regarding scheduling, patient progress, and clinical needs.
