Job description
The Head Coach at Fredericksburg Christian School leads the Varsity program, shaping strategy, practice, and competition while guiding JV and Middle School squads and coaches, with a Christian worldview and a high level of sport expertise. Reports to the Director of Athletic Ministries.
Lead and supervise all coaching staff, organize off-season workouts and camps, and ensure a professional, godly example for student-athletes during games and events.
