Job description
Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Chronic Care Registered Nurse for the Western Reception, Diagnostic & Correctional Center in Saint Joseph, Missouri. The RN will provide holistic care to incarcerated patients under the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address diverse patient needs.
The role requires MO RN license and an Associate's degree, with CPR/BLS certification and a preference for chronic care experience.
