Job description
Crossroads Church seeks a Site Security Lead to oversee security operations across multiple sites in Ohio and Kentucky. This role requires coordinating patrols, monitoring surveillance, and responding to emergencies to keep visitors safe and welcome.
Ideal candidates have law enforcement or military background, strong de-escalation skills, and CPR/First Aid training. Weekend/evening shifts and travel between sites are expected.
