Job description
A leading IT services provider in San Diego is seeking an IT Support professional. Responsibilities include providing incident support for the software toolchain environment, incident management using ITIL principles, and troubleshooting alerts. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in Git/Gerrit and Linux environments. Strong problem-solving skills and good communication are essential. This position does not support H1B visa holders.
