Job description
Ryder System, Inc. in Dover, Delaware is seeking a Lead CI Engineer to drive continuous improvement across the operation. You will apply data analytics, lean methods, and engineering techniques to elevate safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth, partnering with leaders at all levels and managing CI initiatives.
You will lead cross-functional teams, coach staff in lean and QA, and facilitate value stream maps and Kaizen events. This role reports to the CI Manager/Sr.
