Job description
The Weidmann Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean, Six Sigma and CI initiatives at our St. Johnsbury, VT site. You will drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while supporting the company’s Operational Excellence program.
You will coach teams, partner with operations, engineering, materials, quality and HR, and lead Kaizen events, value-stream mapping, and 5S to hardwire CI practices across the site.
