Job description
Baptist Health is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to coordinate, supervise, and mentor a CICU team for the first shift at Baptist Medical Center South. The role supervises nursing staff and ensures delivery of high-quality patient care according to policy and nursing standards.
Requirements include an RN license, BSN preferred, and at least one year of staff nursing experience, with BLS and applicable certifications as needed. This position may include additional duties within the department scope.
