Job description
Marriott is seeking a Cigar Club Membership Experience Ambassador to deliver a refined, members-only lounge experience within our luxury hospitality environment. In this on-site role, you will welcome members and guests, guide them through curated cigar and beverage selections, and manage reservations and member preferences. You will support tastings and club events, maintain cigar inventory and lounge ambiance, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and tobacco regulations. Ideal candidates bring strong guest service skills, knowledge of premium cigars or a passion to learn, and the professionalism to uphold Marriott’s people-first, service-focused culture.
